Chae-byul (Kim Hee-sun) is a young woman whose fiancé, Nan Han-soo (Cha Seung-won), dumps her in order to move up the social ladder. Chae-byul is then pushed under a train by ghosts and becomes a ghost herself. These ghosts prey on vulnerable and often suicidal people as their aim is to recruit as many new ghosts into their club as possible. Membership of the club means you can wander freely amongst the living without being seen. Chae-byul wants to exact revenge on her ex, but instead a few surprising twists see her falling in love again and discover the beauty of forgiveness.
