should someone started reviewing the literature and article before they're posted?

we could be swamped with spam.. could be worse.. in one night someone could turn the site into an adult site!

i'm not sure about the site's policy, but is adult story appropriate to be put in literature? to think of it again, it IS some kind of literature..
