I love 'Goat Testicles' in a soup, but most of my friends think it's gross and yucky. But I love eating it. These goat balls taste almost like a combination of meatballs with harder (cartilage like) outer layer and the inside is like meat but denser. You have to cook it right, otherwise it stinks.
