well, i agree with you. It's silly to think A is breaking the law, as it's B didn't do any precautions himself. Like we purposely stop in the middle of the highway and let the other car crashed our car and we sue them for damaging our car?? Same apply for B, got himself those broadband and didn't put the password and is like announcing to whole world, hi all!! I got a free broadband for you guys to use it, use it as much as you like since I still didn't put any security in it LOL... quite silly..
