LAS VEGAS

Aka The Sin City. That's right, all you want to do in this city is commit sinful acts and it seems like everyone gambles and party hard in this city. The sky is the limit if you have tons of money to burn.

Las Vegas is like an adult playland. You can gamble all night long 24/7 until you drop your underwear since you've lost your shirt :(, you watch hundreds of exciting shows, even those adult or X-rated ones, and concerts, you can experience different theme hotels and the number keeps increasing every year setting up new and refereshing modern architectural marvels (though some of them are copycats of other famous buildings), indulge yourself in so many excellent, yet cheap and economical buffet lunch and dinner places, eat gourmet food at some of the US best restaurants in many of the hotels, party hard with trendy and gorgeous looking people in bars, lounges, nightclubs, and dance clubs, or if you are willing to satisfy your hidden dark sides, even prostitution is legal here, and yes, there are tons of them everywhere in Las Vegas. Off course if that's too much you have a choice to catch some adult shows or visit some of the strip clubs.

Basically if you go there, prepare yourself for some out of this world, crazy parties as long as you have an Amex platinum or tons of cash in your bank account. :) Off course, it is perhaps best to enjoy with guy friends.

But that's not all, Vegas can also be enjoyed as a romantic getaway with your love one or a family vacation for family. Aside from the amazing restaurants and buffet places, Vegas also offers amazing and relaxing getaway for a couple. Book yourself a room at the Four Seasons or the Venetians with your love one, enjoy restaurants like Picasso or Aureole (there are some new ones now), or if you go with family, you can catch many family oriented shows like Cirque du Soleil or concerts. Or simply just a do shopping spree at the Atrium; There are plenty of designer boutiques where you can burn your winning cash from the casinos. Downtown Las Vegas also offers a different vibe and excitement like the laser shows etc.

My Vegas experience has always been a good one since I love night life and parties, but NOT so much into gambling. In fact, I don't really like to gamble, not in the sense of playing poker, blackjack or cranking up jackpot machines :(
I'd rather go there.... eat eat ... party hard by visiting bars, clubs, lounges and catch the latest shows. Maybe if I have $100 to burn then I just waste it on the casinos. It's not that my luck is bad, but I just don't like gambling.

Other than that, Vegas is surrounded by desert. There's really nothing to see, other than the numerous theme hotels, resorts and casinos. Most of the excitement always happens at the strip. It's packed by people every night and day. You can just walk and enjoy the scenes, but taxis are easy to find and quite cheap. If you want to get away, most people take the helicopter ride to visit either the Death Valley or the famous Hoover Damn.

Legas is fun, but that is it. To me, you go there for 2-3 days just to party, have fun and burn some cash, forget everything and go back to reality. Other than that city lacks the culture you can get in other city. The city is like basically a city where you can commit your sins. :)
