The first game played was trying to make their way to the famous "Sumire" ramen shop in Yokohama. The game started off well when Ken and Nagano got sent to a ramen shop in Yokohama, but their luck took a turn for the worst. The second person they asked said that their favorite ramen shop was "Sumire"... but that they preferred the original shop in Hokkaido. So the two hopped on a plane to snowy Hokkaido. Ken-ken was more than slightly upset by this turn of events, but Nagano (who is a true gourmet) was nearly dancing for joy that he got to eat in the ORIGINAL Sumire. He even insisted that they each get their own bowl of ramen instead of sharing. Their third and final person sent them to another famous ramen shop in Hokkaido, which is where they were sitting when the other two teams finished the game. Nagano-kun expressed momentary disbelief that they lost before returning to his ramen. He's... a very dedicated gourmet. ^_^

The game went slightly better for the others. Okada-kun and comedian Matsumoto Golgo won the event. Along the way, they ate in a place that served their ramen under a pile of grated cheese. They both insisted it was tasty, actually, despite being so weird. Sakamoto-kun and Go-tsun came in second, showing exactly how unlucky they are when they ended up going to the same ramen shop twice in a row. They were also involved in the day's most humorous event: At the very beginning of the game, Sakamoto & Go were sent to a shop called "King Kong" in Nakameguro. Before they left, they ran into Ken & Nagano, who bragged about going to Yokohama on their first try. Go confidently lied, saying that they were also going to Yokohama, to a shop called "King Kong". Nagano looked very confused, before asking, "Isn't King Kong in Nakameguro?" Everyone started laughing. Nagano-kun is just THAT big of a gourmet. Of COURSE he knows where "King Kong" is. ;^_^
