So if you have recipes or history about those two, please post here! (egg benedict or egg with kecap and tofu 'ala' Indo etc) Egg should be ok to eat rite, despite of the bird flu and high cholesterol.

Here's one for omellete. Gue baru sadar yg namanya omellete banyak buaanget macemnya

Capsicum And Potato Omlette
(3 servings)   
* 4 eggs
* 1/4 cup sliced capsicum (red or green)
* 1/4 cup thinly sliced potatoes
* 1/4 cup chopped leek
* 3 Tbs chopped olives
* 1 Tbsp Tobasco Sauce
* salt and pepper to taste

Heat 3 Tbsp corn, or sunflower oil in a frying pan. Add potatoes and fry till tender. Now add capsicum and leek. Fry for 2 minutes and add olives.
Add seasoning and tobasco sauce. Now spread the mixture equally all over the pan and add beaten eggs over it. Allow to cook for a a few minutes or until the eggs are set.
Place a flat plate over pan and turn the pan up-side down, so that omlette comes over the plate. Now slide it back into pan and cook it from the other side for just half a minute. Omlette is ready.

French Toast

Bahan:
Roti Tawar
Telur
Susu cair
Garam secukup

Cara:
Telur dikocok sama susu, perbandingan telur sama roti, satu telur plus secangkir susu bisa buat 4 keping roti tawar. Laburin kocokan susu and telor ke roti ato rendam sekalian roti kedalam kocokan.

panasin kuali, klu bisa non-stick, pakein butter/margarin dikit... goreng roti yg da dicelup bentar ampe kecoklatan ... abis itu serve di piring deh.

Klu ga pake garem gapapa sih cuma jadi ga ada rasa, pake honey ato gula instead of garam jg enak deh...

Iya french toast mungkin gak ada di france cuman namanya doang. kayak Chinese Fortune cookie aja. tapi french toast ngetop kok, pasti ada kok, kalau gak ada penasaran yach ikutin resepnya si eeyore aja tuh
