Numpang nanya buat yg suka fitness nih....Gimana sih caranya ngencengin upper arm? Itu tuh, yg kalo kita lagi ngerentangin tangan suka ada yg ngegelantung kiwir2 ga jelas di bagian bawah. Apa sih nama benernya, triceps ato biceps or what? |

Gampang. 2 Basic principles. 1. Kalo mau gede, angkat yg berat (seberat mungkin) berat tapi frequency dikit 2. Kalo mau kenceng doang, angkat yg ringan2 (sedeng) tapi frequency banyak |
