same with westerners, household items. but nowadays the invitation actually mention "with all due respect with would prefer you not to give us token in form of goods and flowers" or in everyday language, "we want you to give us money" he,he,he... practical and easy, just not personal. so are we going to hear a wedding bell ringing soon somewhere in Seattle of two people that we know? well I think we know the bride better than the groom |

if the wedding held in Indonesia a.k.a Jakarta, money (the bigger the better, just remember the currency of USD is high compare with rupiah) is much better. But if the wedding is held with Westerner's style (formal dinner) than you probably need to find a nice token. That's what my view is, not sure of others.. he,he,he.. just keep us inform Nenek if the good news hit you |
