It’s started when I rewatched “serendipity” to adore Kate Beckinsale . Suddenly, one thought came across my mind. What if actually our lives proceeded in certain paths that have been predestined. That makes our lives pretty much like an RPG games; in every events of life, there are several scenarios outlining our future destinations. If you were lucky, you might end up being happily ever after. Of course, when you decide on running your life on the wrong path, you might end up being miserable.
I was brought up in superstitious family environment. That’s probably the reason why I believe in foretelling somehow. I believe we are all predestined to run certain paths (Everything happens for a reason) so that our self-determinations or free will are not really absolute. We can try really hard to be “something”, but in the end, some people can accomplish what they really want and some can’t even though they have tried really hard.
I think I was rambling too long here (can’t sleep cos not sleepy yet). What I would like to ask here, do you guys believe in fate or destiny? If you do or do not, what are the reasons for that?
