Believable? No. Not at all. Good effects yes, but not believable. I felt like giggling the entire movie.
Do you think Martians are stupid enough to bury something millions of years ago and attack now?
Why don't they attack around 100 years ago when we haven't had tanks and helicopters and weapons etc to fight? Why now?
And misalnya kalo kamu mau imigrasi ke Singapore (like some people would), pasti kan research dulu itu daerah kayak apa.. perlu imunisasi apa, dll.. If they're smart enough (and I have always had opinions that Martians have to be smarter than us ) then they'd have preparations. They're visiting a DIFFERENT PLANET man.. not just a different area on their planet.
They have time to plan it.. million years, yet they didn't do their research? Nonsense.

Not just that. They've created fantastic machines, yet they seem unprepared by not wearing any armours? So Martians are just ugly slimy looking creatures. They're on a war. Put some shield on or something. Make them look like army.

Ahh.. what a load of crap. Waste of money.. should have waited for it to come out on TV. I went to see it without any expectation. From past experience, kalo ga expect apa2, biasanya keluar bioskop dengan puas. Tapi ini less than even my basic expectation.

Heran kalo pada ga ngerti endingnya.. jelas2 banget gitu... cuma emang dodol banget sih.. terutama pas dikeliatin keluar wanita hamil + kakek nenek survive no scratch no sweat.. what the hell.. martians ga doyan bostonian blood? maybe they did researched. Bostonians don't have blood.

I think... this is honest opinion .. Spielberg pasti dapet ide bikin film ini abis nonton film India!!!

PS: tadinya mo bikin review. Got a lot of strong opinions but all of them are bad. lebih baik ngga deh
