Anyway a couple more I need to add :

Hong Kong

- The SzeChuan restaurant (forgot the name) inside the Pacific Mall in HK island. It's the one downstairs near the big open space in the middle of the mall. It's Chinese cooking in it's finest, but it's expensive.
