Just to let you know that my HK friend just told me that since 1968, Yung Kee has been named the best restaurants in Hong Kong many times since it first opened a long time ago. Last year it won the award as the Best Chinese restaurant again in Hong Kong, its Chef also won an award numerous times and it is considered among the Top 20 restaurants in the world once, now it's probably still in the Top 50.

But again, people have different taste :p
