Woman opinion:
A man who is honest but is sensitive with that honesty.
A man who considers his family to be number 1.
A man who will hold me in his arms.
A man who has his own hobbies and enjoys them.
A man who is not bossy and does not find it necessary to be the leader.
A man who means what he says and says what he means.
A man who eats healthy but he does exercise and he does eat right when he is out.
A man who can relax
A man who is willing to do the hard yards if need be.
A man who takes anothers feelings into consideration even if what hurts the other person does not hurt him.

Man opinion:
I like a woman who has massive breasts, no waist, 40 inch hips, cooks for me, doesn't talk back, has no gag reflex, can code C++, and earns $200,000 a year. A well rounded woman.

I think the last one is not serious So... please give your honest opinion on this...
