Yeah, andrea, very true. They really don't know what they're doing. Some of them even using drugs to maintain their shape.

I have a co-worker here, a nice lady. I know her for 4 years, and I haven't see her eat rice/bread/potato/ or anything contained carbohidrate, even once. She's doing "Tiger Diet", so she never eat vegetable, carbohidrate, and fruit. Only cooked meat. She already in this diet for about 5 years. Oh yes she has a great shape, but also an acute hemarrhoids. Geee....
