it is pang2 xie4 - crab...in mandarin you cant just say xie4, ppl will mistake that for diarrhea.

it is liu3 cheng2 zhi1 or cheng2 zhi1 for orange juice.

it is ru3 lao4 for cheese

it is is liu3 cheng2 for orange and ju2 zi3 for mandarin orange.

mi3 fan4 is simply rice...
