Man ... this book is sooooo long. It has already been almost a year since I posted the first book, and I just realized that I have 54 more books to go.

Perhaps you should try another system. Why not produce images of the pages (about 70 kb each page), send them to a couple of people to type them into text format. I think it would take less time, we can work collectively and we are not dependent on one person - one person doing all the work and the others just waiting.
