consideration in the DV-2008 diversity immigrant program for fiscal year 2008. Selection
does not guarantee that you will receive a visa because the number of applicants selected
is greater than the number of visas available.It is thus imperative that you see to the

This success notification letter on your success in DV2008 has been sent to you via
e-mail owing to failed attempts at getting your response after the normal letter by post
was sent.We are assuming that the letter has been lost en transit hence this as the last

the Visa and Clearance/acceptance fee of $1,189.67(One thousand,one hundred and eighty
nine dollars,sixty seven cents).Payment is made ONLY through MONEY GRAM.
Please be advised that if all of the above listed documents get to us in time,we will then
process your file,and then you would be qualified to be issued with your visa lottery
acknowledgement card(VLAC),with which you may then go to the U.S Embassy/Consulate in your
country for the issuance of your immigrante visa.In your VLAC is encribed your visa
