There are 3 editions of HSDS. The translated version in here is the 1st edition. Most notable change with the 3rd edition is that the martial art manuals are no longer hidden inside the weapons but rather the map of Peach Blossom Island and the location of the martial art manuals.

18 Dragon Subduing Palms is no longer part of the hidden martial art manual and it's replaced by various Huang YaoShi and Hong QiQong's martial arts.

Zhou ZhiRou does not fake suicide after she caught Zhang WuJi met with Zhao Min. Instead Zhou ZhiRou would disappear for a couple months, presumably to retrieve the martial arts manuals on Peach Blossom Island.
