Ingredients:
Scallops 1Kg;
Sichuan thick chili sauce 200g;
Chicken powder 50g;
Spring onions 5g;
Ginger 5g;
Garlic 5g;
Vinegar 5g;
White sugar 5g;
Pepper 5g;
Starch 100g;
Oil 500g
DIRECTIONS:
Clean the scallops, pickle for 5 minutes and take the shell off ;
Mix the meat with the glutamate;
Pour the oil in a wok, when heated, add in the meat, fry it and quickly take out when it turns golden;
Leave a little oil in the wok, add the spring onions, ginger, garlic and Sichuan thick chili sauce, then when the fragrance comes out, successively put in a little water, starch, venegar, white sugar and pepper to season.
