Secarik Motivasi

Kita ditantang untuk bekerja tanpa mengenal lelah agar dapat meraih keunggulan dalam pekerjaan kita. Tak semua orang terpanggil untuk menekuni pekerjaan profesional atau spesialisasi; bahkan lebih sedikit lagi yang naik ke tingkat kejeniusan dalam seni dan ilmu; banyak yang menjadi pekerja di pabrik,ladang, dan jalanan. Tapi, tak ada pekerjaan yang tak berarti. Semua pekerjaan yang mengangkat kemanusiaan itu memiliki martabat dan kepentingan, dan harus dilaksanakan dengan keunggulan yang sungguh-sungguh. Kalau seseorang menjadi penyapu jalan, ia semestinya menyapu seperti Michaelangelo melukis atau Beethoven menggubah musik, atau Shakespeare menulis syair. Ia semestinya menyapu jalan begitu baik sehingga semua penghuni langit dan bumi berhenti untuk berkata, " Di sini hidup seorang penyapu jalan yang hebat, yang melakukan pekerjaannya dengan baik."
