Beef + Onion Spring (nggak tau namanya soalnya bukunya ada di rumah )
500 gr beef (cut into pieces already)
2 garlic (crushed)
3 tbls rice wine
3 tbls soy sauce
1 tbls sugar
1 tbls cornflour
marinate for 2 hr at least

sauce :
1 teaspoon cornflour
2 tbls soysauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar

how to cook
1. heated the wok (with oil)
2. add in the marinated meat
3. add in onion spring
4. add in the sauce
5. ready
