Conversational : 100% fluent
Writing : not so fluent anymore.. I think about 85%.. need to touch up on my Indonesian writing skills
Reading : 95%-100% fluent .... yeah, some new slangs I am not familiar with

Bahasa Inggris (English)
Conversational : 100% fluent
Writing : 85% fluent... although I haven't really mastered all those hard words ...
Reading : You can say 95% fluent, just don't ask me to read those Medical, Law or old English books....

Bahasa Mandarin (Mandarin)
Conversational : 50-60% fluent (only in casual, everyday conversation; I am clueless in business or high-level conversation)
Writing : A humble 10% fluent
Reading : Maybe like 30% fluent

Bahasa Hokkian (Hokkianese)
Conversational : 10-20% fluent
Writing : Almost 0%
Reading : Almost 0%

Bahasa Kong Fu (Cantonese)
Conversational : 5% fluent
Writing : 0%
Reading : 0%

Bahasa Prancis (French)
Conversational : 20% passable hehehe
Writing : 10% fluent
Reading : 20% fluent

Bahasa Jerman (German)
Conversational : 5% forgot just about everything I took in school
Writing: 5% maybe less
Reading : 15% maybe less

Bahasa Spanyol (Spanish)
Conversational : 10% thank God... you get use it sometimes here in the US
Writing : 5% maybe less
Reading : 10% maybe less, some words are actually easy and sound similar to English/Indonesian

Bahasa Jepang (Japanese)
Conversational : 5% some easy ones to impress some girls.. hahaha
Writing : 0%
Reading : 0%

Bahasa Jawa (Javanese)
Conversational : 10% passable to speak with my maids
Writing : 0%
Reading : 0%

Bahasa Sunda (Sundanese)
Conversational : maybe like 2%
Writing : 0%
Reading : 0%

Bahasa Korea (Korean)
Conversational : like 1-2 % enough to conduct a 101 conversation
Writing : 0%
Reading : 0%
