very fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, Teochew, Shanghainese, Hakka and Sam Sui.

average in Japanese and Bahasa Malayu..

can read Bahasa Indo...

understands Thai, French..

and a pickle of Korean...trying to put in more effort.

then obviously has a command in English but not as fluent as compared to my grasp of Manadarin and other Chinese dialects.
